I started blogging in 2014, I am about to reach a decade on Word Press. I have not become the prolific writer and blogger I thought I would be. Too much of life getting in the way. I look at my blogs and think how much better I could have done and just become sad. Then I realize that there is still time to write, to dream, to discuss as long as I draw breath and can think straight.
I named my blog “Because I Can” because I want to believe that I can do my writing, my thoughts, my discussions and explorations of life that as long as the sun rises tomorrow and there is pen and paper, much less my computer, phone or tablet I can still do all that I want to do. Those of us in this world who have slogged on and continued with your journey, breaks and all, stand tall and proud that you have proven to yourself that you can do it. I have been so fortunate to “meet” so many talented and genuinely good people on these pages. I look forward to reading more writing, thoughts and discussions from all of you.
